Type F - Midco Positive Action Cleanout Sand Pump
The famous Type F Positive Action Sand Pump is equipped with
a special sleeve and swab cup. It is designed to pick up small
metal and rubber particles and extremely fine sand, and provides
extra suction when needed. It will clean out wells with low
fluid levels to the last cup. This new structure provides
an automatic swabbing action through the flexing of the swab
cup. The swab cup is made of a special compound possessing
unusually high tensile strength, plus great resistance to
heat, crude oil, gas, caustics and abrasives. This special
swab sleeve and cup assembly can be used in the Type G Midco
Sand Pump. The number 8 sleeve is also interchangeable with
the swab sleeve from the Type F.
Standard sizes are 3", 3½" and 4".
